What is the order processing time?

Please allow up to 8 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

What is the shipping policy?

Our shop is based in the US and offers worldwide stamped shipping. All items are automatically set to pay for shipping. Items are all sent through the United States Postal Service unless stated otherwise. 

I have not received my order; what do I do?

If you have not received your order, please wait an additional five business days before contacting us. Also, please check in with neighbors or mail carriers if the item has been misplaced. 

Please understand that we are not responsible for mail once it is handed over to the postal service. With that said, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local postal services if you have any concerns about this. 

Are returns/cancellations accepted?

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or cancellations after purchasing a product. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us before confirming your order.
