Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

˙ Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.

˙ Please note that the fulfillment time on orders can vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

˙ Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Any delivery delay is not within our hands once the item is handed to the local postal service.

If any delays are to be expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

˙ Order changes are not accepted UNLESS the item that was purchased is out of stock. You will be contacted via email if this occurs.

˙ We do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

˙ Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email that was provided along with an order number.

˙ An additional email will be sent with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be active.

˙If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment email, please check the spam folder before contacting us.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for inputting the correct shipping addresses at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can make a request change in shipping information.

‎✮˙ To request an address change, please contact us via our contact page with your name, order number, and the correct shipping address you would like to fix. Please note that once the order is marked as "shipped" we will not be able to make any adjustments or redirect it. 

‎✮˙ If your order shows up as a "Billing Discrepancy" on our end, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, your order will be sent out to the address provided. 

Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Address

‎✮˙  If you believe your package was returned to us, please contact us with your full name and order number. If you choose to have the item reshipped or sent to a new address, you will be charged the additional shipping fee. If you wish to not have your order be resent, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded to your original payment account. 

Lost Packages

‎✮˙ Scoops of Coups is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are not responsible for your package up until it is handed off to the postal service. 

‎✮˙ We do not have control over shipping timelines once the package is out of our hands. It is the customers responsibility to track, locate the package, or contact their local mail to submit a claim. 

Returns

‎✮˙ Scoops of Coups is not responsible for any product that may have been damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. 

‎✮˙ If you receive an item that is broken or defective, an item that is missing, or the wrong item please contact us with your name and order number, along with a photo of the item in the condition that it was received. Please contact within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged items prior to filing a claim.
